Where's my stuff?If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information hasn't changed, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Usually packages arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery date. If your package shows as delivered, but you haven't yet received it, go to Find a Missing Parcel for more information. If you can't find any tracking information for your parcel, it could be due to one of the following reasons: A delay in the updates to the tracking database. Your package contains items sold and fulfilled by a third-party seller on AOSA MANCHESTER. Third-party sellers sometimes don't provide AOSA Manchester with tracking information for their orders. To obtain tracking updates you may need to visit the website of the carrier delivering your package. How long will it take to get my stuff?Delivery Speeds and Charges for Items Sold and Fulfilled by Amazon AU and Items Sold by Third-party Sellers and Fulfilled by AOSA Manchester. Note: The delivery speeds and charges mentioned in this section are applicable, as described, to items sold and fulfilled by AOSA Manchester, and to items sold by a third-party seller and fulfilled by AOSA Manchester. Delivery charges and speeds for items sold and fulfilled by AOSA Manchester and items sold by a third-party seller and fulfilled by AOSA Manchester vary depending on your delivery area. **Delivery may be greater than 10 business days for remote areas of NT, QLD, WA, SA, and TAS Not all of the items listed on our site may be available immediately. The delivery speeds listed in the table above are applicable from the time all the items in your order that are sold and fulfilled by AOSA Manchester, or sold by a third-party seller and fulfilled by AOSA Manchester, are available to ship. Therefore, selecting Priority or Expedited Delivery does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in accordance with the timing specified in the table above. Delivery speeds and charges for seller-fulfilled items Seller-fulfilled items are sold and shipped directly by third-party sellers (these items are indicated by the message "Ships from and sold by (seller name)".) The delivery speeds and charges for seller-fulfilled items vary by seller. The available delivery speeds for a seller-fulfilled item are displayed on the product page and during checkout. Delivery charges are displayed during checkout before you confirm your order. Sellers also usually display their delivery charges on their profile page. You can visit the page by clicking on the seller's name on the product detail page. As seller-fulfilled orders are shipped from different individual sellers, you pay a separate delivery charge for each item you order. What is the return policy?You can return most items fulfilled by AOSA Manchester 30 days of receipt of delivery if you change your mind. Use this page to learn about our change of mind return policy. This change of mind return policy is in addition to, and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items. Please see our Returning Faulty Items policy for more information. Third party sellers on Amazon.com.au are expected to offer returns on an equivalent basis but their policies may vary. You may return most new, unopened items fulfilled by AOSA Manchester within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid for the item if you change your mind - see About Refunds. Unless otherwise stated, original shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded. However, you may be eligible for Free Return shipping.

Can I change my mind?Some items have different policies or requirements associated with them for change of mind returns. See below, under the item-specific headings, for further details. You will see specific returns information for each item you purchase in the Online Returns Centre. Please also check the details for items that are not returnable. Unless otherwise stated in this Policy: All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the returned items. Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable). Items must be in new and unworn condition. Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return. Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. ​ AOSA Manchester is not required to accept change of mind returns on items outside the specified return window or change of mind returns of items that do not comply with this Policy. These conditions apply only to change of mind returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are faulty.
